Broadband Internet Information of United States

The United States of America (USA) or United States (US) is a country, made up of 50 States, 5 territories and a federal district, situated in North America. It is a superpower and has great influence over world finance, military, trade and technology.

USA telecom history is started with the introduction of telegraph, the first fully digital communication system in late 19th century. Use of this digital internet service became more and more popular in the second half of the 1990s. In 2003, Monet Mobile Network and Verizon were started to provide country's first wireless 3G technology. This technology is given the technique for broadband internet and video telephony through mobile devices. This video calling feature makes them mainly suitable for use in android cell phones.

In 2010, the country launched its first wireless 4G LTE (Long Term Evolution) technology, successor of 3G network. This 4G LTE technology is taking the internet speed to a new level and provides high speed data rate for mobile devices as well as data terminals. 4G LTE is based on UMTS/HSPA and GSM/EDGE network technologies that improve the speed and capacity using a different radio interface with core network improvement.

Today, USA having the largest telecommunication network and most developed broadband internet infrastructure with international submarine communications cable and high-speed terrestrial offering a fully digitalized network and make available for use of an international gateway to broader global networks. The broadband internet speed trend is to increase nowadays and become relatively easy, fastest and very widespread via the range of technologies in various forms such as high-speed DSL internet, dial-up connections, ADSL internet, satellite connections, dsl speed, ISDN (Integrated Services Digital Network) speed etc.

There are two carrier aggregation technologies in the market : LTE-Advanced (LTE-A) and LTE-Unlicensed (LTE-U). In August 2016, Verizon Wireless launched nation's first LTE-A technology help in clubbing together fragmented spectrum bands to virtually generate larger airwave blocks, thereby offering faster, advance and more stable 4G internet speed for users. Depending on location and spectrum availability, Verizon leverages either tri-band carrier aggregation (3C) or carrier aggregation (CA) technology encompassing the 700MHz, 1900MHz (PCS) and 2100MHz/1700MHz (AWS) bandwidths. 3C Technology enables operators who have available spectrum in 3 separate bands to aggregate this spectrum together to make higher internet download speeds and improved app coverage and offers higher capacity, faster internet speeds across the LTE coverage area (is being deployed globally). In February 2017, US introduced its first LTE-U technology with 20MHz block of 5GHz spectrum by T-Mobile US, which helps to deliver its forthcoming Gigabit LTE service.

Today, USA sets timetable for launch of 5G (fifth generation) network with early trials set to take place as soon as next to next year. 5G wireless networks is capable of reaching faster speeds of 1Gbps and enhanced Streaming video, animations as well as loading large images. It also supports cell phone with their laptop to get broadband internet access. This 5G technology is with better internet speed and quick response time over www.

Nowadays, it is very important to test your internet speed connection at different time. It is a good idea to keep a diary of interference and regularly use speed test tool to create a picture of your service.
